simonj
Roger Moffat: Radio Hallam's 10th Anniversary 1984 (pt 1) I'm only 7 minutes into the first vid and have a permanent grin on my face Roger was compulsory listening in those early days, so funny and unpredictable

The Hustler
When I read this I was thrilled to see how well remembered my colleagues are from the greatest days of local radio in Sheffield! My name is Steve Hustler, referred to eariler in this chat. Hi to all Hallam fans! I still live and work in Sheffield, and recently spent a morning with Hirsty in the Capital studios in Leeds, reminiscing about Keith Skues, Colin Slade, Freddie Allen, Kelly Temple, Ray Stuart and the dearly departed Dave Kilner and Roger Moffatt. In the 80's I presented from 2 till 6 weekday mornings, and for a while 10pm till 2. After Hallam I worked at Pennine Radio, Viking Radio and then Mercia Sound in Coventry thanks to Stuart Linnell. These were great days! Nowadays I am a Director and Chairman of two Sheffield based companies - and still enjoying my music - and yes, my family name is Hustler! oddsbodkins
Simon James afternoons in the mid 90s. Wasn't there long but it was a mad show. My favourite was the Fugees character who used to ring in "one tiiiiiime" 😂
