wednesday1
Nah, it was him and his cronies that caused it. Anyway, this adds nowt to the actual topic, of where is he?! Let's not fall out over politics! No it wasn't, it was the Cons cronies, the BANKERS who created it!
14alice
The Daily Politics says he's quietly followed in Blair's footsteps, and is currently abroad doing paid speaking engagements around the lecture curcuit, some at £15K an hour, haha, he can't even get close to the earnings of his old enemy Tony. When was Brown last seen in the commons ? which is after all where he is paid to be. At least Blair had the decency to resign his seat and leave westminister politics behind. caparo
No it wasn't, it was the Cons cronies, the BANKERS who created it! But it was Gordon Brown who appointed Mervyn King as Chairman of the Bank of England, gave it independence, and set up the FSA to regulate the financial institutions. Which it totally failed to do. hyper
No, no Labour left power with the economy growing after the credit crunch. R U 4 real? There was a slight upturn cos of carefully selected statistics. The recession aint started yet, people still buying cars, expensive hols etc. A handful are suffering, the majority remain untouched. Give it a couple of years tho'

Vague_Boy
But should the tax payer be paying quite so much for him to keep it hidden? With a phizog like his, it's money well spent in my opinion. Better to close hospital wards than let Gordon out to do his "King Midas in reverse" routine once against.
