How to kill a tree

hi you cant just kill trees, what you can do is in winter when the leaves have gone and the sap has gone back down the trunk. then prune them right back, but why would you want to get rid of an apple tree why not sell the fruit from the end of your garden or sell to family and friends.

 

but if you must take the trees down, cut them down to about a foot above grond. them drill holes un the remaining stum, as far down as you can get, them fiholes with a branded tree and stunp killer think you can get it fromB&Q, this will eventually kill roots, or if you have 2 or strong chaps with picks dig the stumps out and chop any roots through, but beware many fruit trees will start to send shoot uo along side then you will have half a dozen trees but try and prune then back first regards steve
