lizh76
If you want something a bit more sporty I would recommend Queens Road skating rink (not sure of its name) they were great value for money the kids can chose from roller blades or the old fashioned quad skates. Also Ponds Forge do trampolining parties (the kids loved that one) and Ice Sheffield were good too. If it is in the summer you might want to think about Rother Valley where you can book parties in the outside play area, I haven't actually had a party there but haven't heard any bad reviews. All about £10 a head which is around what you would expect to pay.

Fishcake
I have a great idea, how about a gardening party? They come to my house and each get assigned a task which must be completed in order to receive bread and water. It is only £3 per head and I will provide the bread and water (white bread and tap water - one glass per child). Pm me if you like
