Bulgarian
we haven't got it that good but we are made to believe we have so we don't react. I think we have it better than the people of Egypt
discodown
we haven't got it that good but we are made to believe we have so we don't react. Our electoral system is totally un democratic, we are turning into a Police state, more cctv cameras in Britain than any other country, freedom of speech is allowed unless you're Muslim telling the truth about what the British government and British soldiers are doing in Muslim lands, anti Muslim racism has become acceptable and far right extremist anti Muslim groups are tolerated. Cameron is making cuts to public services while throwing billions down the drain on death and destruction in Afghanistan. Yes I can see how things are absolutely brilliant in the UK. Go take a look atr the life of the average Zimbabwean or Sierra Leone or Tibetan and tell me we have it rough

I agree, I reckon you should alert them to this thread so they can explain to you the difference between protest and riot.

spooky3
A critique: http://thegreatunrest.net/2011/02/07/the-february-theses/ Judging by the site domain, i'd suggest it's anarchistic spew... Also "theses" indicates that it isn't fact, just proposition.
harvey19
Instead of criticising the government why don't the critics try to take an open minded view of situations and come up with positive solutions. To criticise a political party's policies just because it is not your preferred party is pointless.
Glamrocker
If there were any chance of it kicking off here the so called do gooders who rush to defend things they obviously, by their statements, have not got the foggiest idea whats happening in the real world will be the ones to cause it.
