dave_dave
My shoes got wet because it was raining the other day, does anyone know of any solicitors I can contact for a no win no fee claim? That depends, were you near a shop or another member of the public? If so you should file a claim against them they probably made it happen. missybabyboo
Wher do you stand legaly regarding making a claim from an householder whoe's wheelie bin came flying across the road , colliding with a limousine causing extensive damage to it ? Im told the householder should take in the bin once its been emptied ? to be honest i dont think you stand anywhere, you have to take your bin in within 24 hours of it been emptied and as others have said if they are at work in day they cant bring it in straight away. i think you would have to claim of your insurance. Bonjon
I'm sure if you goto the star you could make tommorrows headline?? To make sure of it have a child with you looking sad, and a story like 'Chardonay missed education due to flying wheelie bin'
dunney
If you could sue anyone it would be the council, as they own the bin not the householder

garyt
I think its just one of those things you have to accept, also lots of Sheffield is hilly and wheelie bins aren't really suitable, blame the council, don't they own it anyway ?
