dave griff
With the bad winds a neighbours tv ariel has bee blown off and is sitting on the roof of their property over looking my drive. The neighbour is aware!! It has been left for days... Unfortunately underneath the ariel is where I park two cars. We don't speak to the neighbour, let say we don't see eye to eye. I don't want the cars damaged and you probably can claim on their insurance but what would you do. At the moment both cars are left on the street. The reason we bought the property was to keep the cars on the drive, one is my pride and joy and doesn't go out much in the winter it is left under a cover. What do I do? or what would you do?:help:
foxy lady
By far the easiest route would be to report the ariel to the local council via first contact. Tell them it presents a real danger to passers by the dustbin men or the postman and they will force the owner to take action.
