spooky3 Posted February 12, 2011 Share Posted February 12, 2011 Indeed, that is what the design was intended to do - however it simply doesn't have the capacity to survive if everything that references anything held in the usa keeps trying to access it's content - essentially it would be like a huge DDoS on us caused by the excess traffic from continuous attempts to contact non-responding servers.
