Hey Folks,

Im looking to forumers to potentially recommend a very good personal trainer/ nutritionist.

I need help with my routine, i'm pretty knowledgeable when is comes to training but want to take it to the next level. I need help devising a good diet plan and would like to further my knowledge on training.

Im looking to find someone that has bee in the industry for a number of years and can really push me.

Any suggestions?

Thanks

Check out our website http://www.getphysical.co.uk. We've been in the industry for years. We specialise in both training and nutrition. In fact we are due to start bodybuilding seminars, along with last years NPA Mr Britain Del Galloway, very shortly. We've worked very closely with Del & his wife Kathryn(who is due to compete this Oct) on their diet and training. You can view Del's testimonial on our website.

As well as training & diet, we can give in depth advice on supplements. We can tell you what's good, what's bad and what's a total waste of time. We spent many years selling supplements and have lectured at the Hallam univeristy on sports nutrition. Just a further note, I believe we are the only personal trainers with our own completely private fully equipped gym. Most PTs have to work out of the big gyms.

We do completely free consults if you want to come in for a chat and see for yourself. Tel 0114 2666433

I would use a persnoal trainer to give me tips on how to do some exercises properly but i dont think that i would use one really often. I suppose it depends on the price. i dont know what the going rate for personal trainers is. I was thinking about this when i was on my morning run. I have only just started running and was just thinking about how i would like someone to show me how i SHOULD be running and not me doing what i think is right.
