Hi small hall,

Our company delivers Personal Training throughout Sheffield and the Peak District. You are more than welcome to book a free consultation to discuss what you want, how we can help and why a traditional exercise approach doesn't work for many people.

There is nothing worse than working hard and not seeing any results for your efforts!

We have 2 Personal Trainers (Ali and Nina) based at Abbeydale Tennis club, Sheffield and 2 Trainers at Chatsworth Gym (Becci and Matt), near Bakewell. You do not have to be a member of either facility to hire one of our Trainers!

Go to http://www.born2move.co.uk to learn more about us or contact me (Matt) direct matt@born2move.co.uk to book your free consultation.

I will put you in touch with the best trainer to suit your needs and you can choose between a male or female Trainer.

If you follow everything we advise you will get results and if you don't we offer a 100% money back policy. In 8 years of Personal Training we have not had one client not received results in those that follow everything we advise.

We don't want to sound overly confident but we take a lot of pride in the information and service we deliver and want you to be reasured you are spending your hard earned money wisely. If you don't get results we don't want ti take your money.

All we ask is for you committment and desire to achieve fantastic results.

What ever you decide to do I wish you the best of luck!

We're personal trainers who teach everything from bodybuilding to boxing, so we'd have no problems putting you through your paces. However, if you are wanting to become a boxing coach then you would need to contact the ABA and find out when and where the courses are held. Alternatively join a boxing gym. We'd recommend Glynn Rhodes at Burton St. Hillsborough. Ex pro boxer, great guy and brilliant coach. You can contact us via our website http://www.getphysical .co.uk We don't have a number to hand for the Burton St Gym but I'm sure someone on here will have.
