Rupert_Baehr
Do you remember (or have you heard of) Ken Tynan? The first man to use the 'F'word on BBC TV. He was banned by - as Billy Connolly put it - "Little old ladies who not only had used the word, but had done it, too." Mary Whitehouse wanted to 'spank his bottom'. That wouldn't have been much of a punishment for him though. :hihi:

Jason Bourne
Funny, I've noticed adults dropping litter in the street and swearing in public too, but yeah, let's f-- blame the f-- kids for the f-- breakdown of f-- society x (wow, it is versatile!) missymoo73
When you see the film The Kings Speech, you will see that even the king used the "F" word. Exactly!! I have to say I swear more than I used to. But I do pick and choose where I swear.

Halibut
They use it because they have a limited vocabulary. Some people might do - but there are many thoroughly erudite people with huge vocabularies who enjoy using the f word.
websters gue
why do the modern generation use the "F" word in normal everyday conversation. It was almost never heard of when i was younger...of course i had heard it used but usually by angry drunkern men..Now it seems to be ok to just use it in every sentence and it baffles me why.........ok im expecting the worse....hit me with it....lol I left school 28 years ago and worked in a Sheffield factory for a couple of years, some of the old lads that I worked with would have made Malcolm Tucker blush with the language they used. daftlad
They use it because they have a limited vocabulary. Yes you are correct, people like Wayne Rooney for example. Its a good job he is a good footballer because he wouldnt make much money if he had to use his brain or language skills
