Chris_Sleeps
On the basis that surrogacy without commerce is legal in society, on what basis do we have to deny a woman her right to sell her womb? If she is willing to give a child away, should she be denied the right to sell a child? Would the legality of it be a problem? Who would own the child in the eyes of the law, for example? Can parental rights be sold? Does a child have a set value, or should there be an auction to find the market value of a womb?
