damo
already spoke to them....they are refusing my request for a copy.....presumably to cover up their lies. 0845 have never been local rate numbers....they used to be non geographical numbers but that has changed.....if you have to call from a mobile, they are 35 - 50p per min. Utter tosh. It is local rate. YW will make no money at all, its Vodafone/Orange etc.. making the extra on the phone call. Plus its your own fault for not ringing from a landline. dave_dave
I'm confused about why it matters so much if they've sent you a letter or not. If they now agree that they haven't... what's the problem?

puddinburner
Lol, my bro worked in a call centre for Tele west for a short while after years in Beaties the model shop. He simply could not hack it! for he was used to actually helping people, this target setting, all calls are allowed just two minutes to sort the customers problem out or cut off did his head in and made him ill! He was one to sort it no matter what.

captainwood2
i can assure you that 0845 is local rate from all land lines. Agreed it does cost more from mobiles but as i run my own 0845 number for my business i can guarantee that the compnay makes no money at all from your call however, if it was 0870 then they would make a few pence per minuite from the call. i suggest you invest in a landline instead of complaining about the cost of calls from your mobile.
