US vetoes anti Israel UN resolution

Recommended Posts

Until Isreal conforms with previous UN resolutions regarding the building of settlements in Gaza, how can you expect anyone to respect their "right to existence" by the people whose land they have been told to relinquish?

How can you expect israel to respect scum who openly state their wish that Israel should be wiped off the face of the earth?

The same Iranian scum who arm Hamas terrorists who themselves vow to wipe out israel.

To compare Iraq and Saddam to Israel is just completely inane.

I agree.

Unlike Iraq, Israel does have nuclear weapons and other weapons of mass destruction, chemical and bio weapons and have used them against civilians. Israel admitted that they used white phosphorus against civilian targets in Gaza. White Phosphorous is banned under the Geneva convention, its just one of the many international laws that Israel regularly ignores

Israel refuses to renounce Nuclear weapons and refuses to sign the Nuclear Non-Proliferation Treaty.

Israel has never allowed any international organisation, including the IAEA to inspect their nuclear facilities

Israel has used horrific illegal weapons such as cluster bombs and White Phosphorous against civilians. Israel has tortured 600 Palestinians every month, that would mean 30,000 Palestinians have been tortured during the period of 2004 - 2010

Israel has repeatedly committed terrorism against the Palestinians, Syrians and Lebanese, even against America - USS Liberty and the Lavon Affair, the FBI said Mossad agents are the most aggressive foreign agents in America and the least helpful, they also happen to be responsible for the most embarrassing and deadly case of spying in US history when the Israeli Jew Pollard passed files of US operatives in Eastern Europe to Israel and they passed it on to Russia leading to the slaughter of hundreds of US operatives in eastern Europe at the height of the cold war.

Hurrah!

We have a susceptible victim of Israeli propoganda!

This was never said.

It's a lie.

A myth.

"Imam ghoft een rezhim-e ishghalgar-e qods bayad az safheh-ye ruzgar mahv shavad."

Ahmadinejad did not refer to Israel the country or Israel the land mass, but the Israeli regime. This is a vastly significant distinction, as one cannot wipe a regime off the map. Ahmadinejad does not even refer to Israel by name, he instead uses the specific phrase "rezhim-e ishghalgar-e qods" (regime occupying Jerusalem).

So this raises the question.. what exactly did he want "wiped from the map"? The answer is: nothing. That's because the word "map" was never used. The Persian word for map, "nagsheh" is not contained anywhere in his original Farsi quote, or, for that matter, anywhere in his entire speech. Nor was the western phrase "wipe out" ever said. Yet we are led to believe that Iran's president threatened to "wipe Israel off the map." despite never having uttered the words "map." "wipe out" or even "Israel."

It's unbelievable the number of gullible apologists for Israel who repeat this load of old trousers.

Mike, respectfully, that's like saying "If you like it so much why don't you go and live there!"

Many British Jews are appalled at the murderous activities of the IDF and their predeliction for shooting children in the head.

Do you want any critic of Israel to emigrate?

your being very selective.

its war

the enemy use kids as sandbags

they use kids as proxy bombers

you need to look at Israel in the context of its location.

but you wont do that.

.

No, in the examples I gave the children were doing NOTHING suspicious, or wrong, or threatening.

In many cases they were simply walking to school and the IDF shot them in the head.

I'm asking you to explain this without posting nonsense about the children being involved in acts of terror, that's a disgraceful slander against them.

You can only take collective responsibility so far Mike. If you defend shooting children because some other children, elsewhere, in a different spatial temporal reality may have been involved as human shields, then you are giving carte blanche to any attack on any Israeli civilian.

You see how the cycle of hate revolves?
