Tell you a good way to cook chips

 

Part boil them first, then put them in a sieve and shake for a while so the edges fluff up. Fry them off, drain in basket for a minute then put them back in the oil for 2 mins.

 

Sprinkle them lightly with a very small amount of paprika, chilli power, and cayenne pepper
