What do you do when everything gets on top of you?

the only answer is do what makes you most calm or what you enjoy to do to chill out I found being alone with no talking in the garden is good built myself a fire pit and seating area I light up the fire pour a class of vodka ect and sit and chill by the outdoor fire with my little dogs there realy good listeners and dont judge or answer back ......

 

if you feel like a blow out or cry then go somewhere alone and do so screw what anyone thinks just get it out of your system as holding it in and letting it build up will result in a total blow out. and belive me thats not good place to be .

 

remamber everythings gona be ok and tomorrow is another day
