can you still get it ? I would like to try some.

It is suppsed to be very good for you. I understand that in this country eating horsemeat has been frowned upon because of some ignorance about the subject and to do with how we are supposed to like horse racing and hunting. However in other european countries they enjoy it I don't see why we shouldn't. After all you can eat venison and horses are not as intellegent as pigs.

:rant My Mum used to send me to the horse meat shop on Attercliffe common, near the Tramcar pub. She used to say "tell them we have a dog":

There used to be a shop on Cumberland St. which sold horse meat, it was 2 shillings a pound for really good meat pprovided you cut off the fat which was eerk.:gag:

I remember driving down to the south of france and stopping off for a cheval burger and chips, lovely grub.:D
