  1. 1. How will it all end for Gaddafi?

    • He will go down fighting, like Custer
    • He will shoot himself, like Hitler
    • He will be captured, killed and strung up, like Mussolini
    • He will be captured, put on trial but claim to have Alzheimer's like Pinochet
    • He will disappear and will be searched for in the Brazilian jungle
    • He will be given asylum in the UK
    • He will end up in a luxury villa in Venezuala or Zimbabwe

If the West is truely appalled by Gadaffi, then WHY don't they go for Mugabi too. He has massacred far more of his own people, but Mugabi lacks one thing that Gaddafi has.... OIL!!!

Or tackle the human rights abuses and other problems in China, Iran, North Korea and so on?

I don't see them arranging a No-Fly-Zone over China!

The West is sometimes just a busybody bully.

Or the Lord's Resistance Army in Uganda, they really are wicked and brutal and should be wiped from the earth.

Forces loyal to Gaddafi have retaken the city of Brega. The city is situated in the east of Libya only one and a half hours from Benghazi. The city fell after heavy fighting that carried on during the night. It is a blow to the protestors as the next city under siege is Ajdabiya that fell into rebel hands only 2 days ago.

Eyewitness reports say that Ajdibiya is under air attacks.

What this means is that the forces loyal to Gaddafi are heading to Benghazi to retake Libya's second largest city that is being used as a base for the new interim government.

Yes, good one. It really does reinforce the theory that they only take on fights they can win or get some financial gain.

That's probably why UN peacekeepers were more dominant in Bosnia.

Just because a population go onto the streets don't mean that the Goverment of that nation HAS to go!

If it happened here, we'd be truncheoned and tear gassed, cctv'd and arrested and thrown into jail.

Gadaffi should show restraint, but just because any people go to the streets don't mean it's that easy to topple a Government or regime.

Not rolling over but simply clinging on to power seems to be an option overlooked by the O/P.
