Flowersfade
That a member of the Congress would associate himself with this horrible, hateful exhibition is beyond belief. I know this whole debacle is shocking.
spindrift
I know this whole debacle is shocking. Royce seems to be massively back-tracking now, the video clip has gone around the world. He has to explain why he aligned himself with thick stupid American bigots screaming abuse at children. Which, for a politician, doesn't look good. ronthenekred
im no fan of islam, but that was awful. how stupid are those people. Ah the truth outs, typical Islamic tactic. A bunch of jihadists supporters get together for a chat. What should the locals have done? Mr U-turn boy. Doesn't take much does it. Maybe it wasn't a u-turn, maybe your following comments were more to the truth. Regardless of the agenda this was a show of hate. As someone mentioned those kids were most likely to be as American as the rednecks and both sets of kids probably have to sit in class together. With this behaviour the kids don't stand a chance. What's sickening is the Republicans ranting like idiots at Nuremberg. And for what? Votes.
spindrift
“Go home and beat your wife, she needs a good beating” That's quite interesting, when you think about it. On the face of it, the first part is pure racism, because it suggests muslims beat their wives. Then the protesters say the wife "deserves it". So, in a neat inversion, they condone domestic abuse. Thick, or what?

Glamrocker
http://www.discoverthenetworks.org/individualProfile.asp?indid=1468 Interesting first paragraph here Zahid H. Bukhari is the Project Director for the Islamic Circle of North America, which has been under FBI investigation for links to terrorist activity. He also serves as Director of the American Muslim Studies Program at Georgetown University’s Prince Alwaleed Center for Muslim-Christian Understanding, and as Executive Director of the Center for Islam and Public Policy. Now it was the ICNA that was holding the event I said there was more to this than meets the eye
