frank ryan
For one moment I thought you were talking about Iraq several years ago. the whole business sounds like pre iraq war - the way the politics is personalized -exchange 'saddam' for 'gaddafi', scare monger, lie and terrify and then lock n load boys - problem is, the british population keeps falling for it, so they keep doing it - simples
callippo
they killed his daughter in an indiscriminate bombing! they were trying to kill, not his daughter, but him. That's why they bombed his house. Unfortunately, they killed his adopted daughter instead. That is NOT an indiscriminate bombing. this is why Saddam got his family, wife and daughters etc, to leave Iraq just prior to the bombing and invasion in 2003. He was afraid that western intelligence might think that wherever they were, he might be too.

Rupert_Baehr
Where is the Middle East Peace Ambassador Tony Blair ?????? Oh, you can't expect him to do anything! - That's not his job. He's the Middle East Peace Ambassador - you need the North Africa Peace Ambassador. What's the Lying Scotsman doing nowadays?- Sounds as if this could be right up his alley. alchresearch
Was it the SAS or SBS? BBC Breakfast this morning referred to the latter.
mike edds
Was it the SAS or SBS? BBC Breakfast this morning referred to the latter. SAS have a boat troop that works with the SBS. Interlocking and overlaping. Good to see they are all ok.
donkey
Hague's explaination for this incident is confused and nonsensical. Either he is a complete idiot abusing his position to play pointless cloak and dagger games which he is unable to provide a plausible reason for, or they were there for a different reason than he says. johncocker
I can't believe a British diplomat would be so thick as to think their presence is wanted. Gadiffi only has to say to the public the rebels are siding with westerners and everyone in the country would be against them.No wonder they were sent packing. so what do the public think when gadaffi use's forieign mercenaries to butcher is own people ?
