What is your main language 19. How well can you speak english 20. What is your religion (voluntary question) 21. One year ago what was your usual address 22. What passports do you have 23. Are your day to day activities limited because of a health problem 24. aged under 15 goto 43 25. Which of these qualifications do you have 26. Last week were you in paid work 27. watchcoll Posted March 7, 2011 Share Posted March 7, 2011 it's the visitors staying overnight on the 27th of march bit that has befuddled me. i dont see the point of me being included on the form for my mums house if i happen to be over there for a visit when i will also fill my own form in as a single person in my own home in sheffield. or if one of my friends stays over at my house. whats the point of that question?
