gularscute Posted March 12, 2011 Share Posted March 12, 2011 Indeed - so is it fair to apply such a perjorative term to someone who is just sticking to the rules because they know their job might be on the line if they don't. No, not fair at all. It'd be interesting to see how their critics would behave in the same position. That said, there are some people who seem to relish the opportunity to be petty and who use the rulebook as a stick to beat people with. Thankfully, they are in a very small minority.
