Dozy
I'd contact Stokes Paints, they're very helpful on the phone and the shops seems to stock just about anything paint-related.
Rupert_Baehr
Ive used wickes homebrand stain block spray, then usual paint on top. Took a few coats but did the job. I concur. It works. (It even stopped ground-in crayons from seeping through the top coat.)
0742Sheff
Ive used wickes homebrand stain block spray, then usual paint on top. Took a few coats but did the job. Works a treat. I've recently covered blu-tak oil stains, wax and nail varnish using this. Just spray it on. Give it an undercoat and paint over. Job done As for B&Q paint. I found their colours collection absolutely brilliant recently. 2 coats and done (i don't care what anyone says. There is no such thing as one coat finishes).
