UK unemployment at 17 year high

Recommended Posts

As I say do I give a rat’s ass what you think? Well no. Your points are puerile, and all you contribute is based on your need to accuse someone else with your own insecurity. Draw whatever conclusion you wish. It will be as ill informed and stereotypical as your usual nonsense.

You appear to have the argument and your temper in the same place - lost.

When we do this again it might help to put yourself in the other persons shoes to get a feel for what they think and importantly why they think it before blatting back the first thing that comes out of the red book. It makes for a more well rounded discussion that revolves around issues rather than personalities or lack thereof.

It's just a tip, take it as you wish, if you wish.

Cheers.

How do you suppose I would be able to support myself and my family in any way, without entering into the system?
That is not for me to answer. You are the 'highly-principled' one, therefore it's your choice whether and how you live by your principles (or not).

I am using the capitalist system for the betterment of my family (as is pretty much everybody else, or so I would like to think), and so far I have explained it as such: you have to accept what the system is and how it works, in order to exist within it and use it, for any purpose.

In your terms, that makes me "morally bankrupt" and a "parasitic apologist for a system of state sponsored theft". But, oddly, not you

Certainly, I find using the system (to the extent that you do, achieving financial independence) whilst decrying it (to the extent that you do, on here at least) very hypocritical.

Is your middle name projector? Really, re read the posts and this time use your comprehension to see, that your so called questions have been answered. You keep "batting" back nonsense, and accusing me with what you are doing. A well rounded discussion is a two way process. And so far, unless you get the answer you like you throw out the dummy.

Who's not "making a great deal of sense" now?

Your objections are noted and dismissed for the irrelevance they are. You have received your answers and clearly do not understand them. If you think this is making sense then I wish you good luck you will need it!

As if this wasn't as obvious a case of pot/kettle/black as I've ever seen, meanwhile, a very short while later...

So much for the two-way process you claim to support

All I see now is a hypocritical hand-wringing labourite (no, you don't even deserve to be called a socialist or leftist), without the courage to even accept that he is not living by his moral convictions, never mind living by them.

L00b out.

Look I have given you the benefit of the doubt and now you are just showing yourself to be immune to reason. I have explained to you in terms that a five year old could understand the nature of necessity. You have chosen to ignore that. You have ignored it because no matter what justification is offered, your mind is already searching for a way to negate it. Even if it is legitimate.

Not that your last word amounts to a refutation, it is merely no more than right wing rhetoric. No matter what rational justification is offered you, you simply use it as a springboard to more empty drivel which supports nothing by avoiding the point.

If you have a logical point to make about the nature of necessity in a market economy, make it. Otherwise take your bat and ball home and leave the thread to people whose minds aren't mired in the dogmatic repetition you project onto me.

Now once again. U.K unemployment at a seventeen year high. Free market solutions anyone?

Scrap minimum wage so the labour market can make it's own decisions about the value of their labour.

Sorry I've missed out on the thread for a few days but I've been on a short holiday. One of the advantages of living on a western salary in a poor country is you can exploit the exchange rate difference to live a very nice lifestyle while still helping the locals by injecting cash into the system.

Caring capitalism works.

Oops, sorry to have to resurrect an old thread but once again unemployment is at a 17 year high.

No doubt we can keep resurrecting this thread for the conceivable future as long as this shower are in charge.

Just why do the Tories love mass unemployment?
