sharrowman
"Yeah, let's just give up" yeah, let's give this up. what is the point of what you call advancement? 1000 years in an excrutiatingly grey social home? What is it you suggest is advantageous in 'moving forward'? You clown.

sharrowman
So you're happy to use products developed from previous medical research but want it to stop now? How strange... why strange? It's not a moral point of view, rather a practical one. As suggested previously - everybody's gotta die of something - the more frequently we survive, the more pressure there is on our limited resources - basic population control stuff. The cut off is arbitrary, make it 50 years ago, or 100. Might start tio get a little scared if we pushed it back to 200 years ago. Don't fancy dying from a graze. Why not just volunteer yourself for "Carousel".. Population control is easy..it comes in little foil packages or a blister pack...
sharrowman
Why volunteer - I am not advocating killings, rather respecting dying.

The point of advancement is so that we can move forward as a species, push the boundaries of what we know and what we think we may one day be able to know and to enter new frontiers. This is what being human is all about. You company man!
