Are you saying that they deliberately allow themselves and their children to starve in the hope they might get more aid? Seems to be the sum of what Dunsel is saying .... you know that old "lets lie here and look pathetic" thing that the common people of the third world get up to just to con us all out of money. The increased quality of life for thousands? Millions of illnesses prevented or treated? Skills that have been learnt? Are you saying these things aren't important?
