God expects spiritual fruit...not religious nuts. Shame he gets both. We know what Jesus said about hypocrisy yet even so there are lots of people on here casting lots of stones. Why are you forced for example to simply ignore those who point out that both the Old and New Testaments are deeply homophobic? Surely with your all powerful sky pixie giving you tips you should be able to completely wipe the floor with posters who only have their own knowledge and intelligence to draw on. According to the bible Jesus threatened those who aren't convinced by the pitiful arguments laid out in the bible with eternal torture. How exactly does that 'demonstrate... forgiveness'? Anyone who doesn't believe in the bible must be without sin. A judge in a court of law would tell you that if you have transgressed the law, whether you believe in it or not, and even if you did not know that particular law existed you are still guilty of breaking the law.
