From Tuesday 5th April 2011 Sheffield Yoga Centre will be running a brand new Restorative Class which has been specially created for those individuals who want to particpate in a slower-paced Iyengar Yoga class. The 75 minute class will take place here in our fully-equipped Yoga Centre and will be led by some of our most experienced Yoga teachers. Due to the gentle nature of this class it will be ideal for those with fatigue, chronic pain, post-operative conditions or undergoing treatments such as chemotherapy. The class will take place on Tuesdays from 1.30pm to 2.45pm at a cost of £8.00 per session or £33.00 for 5 sessions.
