Rich
Hi Where we worked up until about 7 years ago, we met many familes in their own homes and many were to put it mildly, a bit dysfunctional. The number of times we heard, "we have plit up but remain good friends," flabbergated us every time. we thought, that is a contradiction in terms or negilicence, ie broke/failed marriage but still "good friends" very sad indeed. NB: The above comments were not aimed at the above poster but general/factual observations . My 2 Bolds. You cannot spell, FACT!

foxy lady
Are the couple married or not. Let's say it was 2 couples. One was married the other wasn't. And let's suppose each made a will leaving everything to their partner.

Lets assume they aren’t married and haven’t made a will ……………. Much more likely. A study by Which? has found that while a third of over 45's are yet to make a will, 56 per cent of the population do not have one at all.
