It is not possible to list all unacceptable items, as fashion constantly changes. Plain, formal, full length black trousers but it doesn't say Skanky faded Nike air tracky bottoms Note how the star didn't quote this in their article! The deputy saying well they are black doesn't mean he/she was talking about the trousers that the kids are expected to wear. The quote does end abruptly. Those particular ones in the star pic are just plain rough. Wearing of smart clothes should be something that is expected in the real world. Would that kid have turned up to a job interview in tracksuit bottoms? Probably...and that is what is wrong with the world:) Yeah ... at least wear Adidas Chilles'!!
