daisy-rascal
It’s not long until the mighty Spektre will be invading our stage at DLS. This should prove to be the best one to date my friends, Spektre really suit the Collect! sound and playing live, with this being a rare hometown gig for one half of the duo they are sure to smash it. They have been prolific releasers of music on a myriad of quality labels which I strongly suggest you check out instead of reading a load of guff two fingered into a keyboard by me. They have numerous brilliant tracks including five releases in the last month. The obvious ways of doing it are like this: https://www.beatport.com/en-US/html/content/artist/detail/27956/spektre http://www.myspace.com/spektre1 We’ve had a lot of top acts grace our little stage by now and we’ve loved them all but I have a particular feeling on this one. Local deep merchant Carl Dean will be joining the party, on before Spektre, Carl has always been a favourite of ours and never disappoints. There’s a buzz around at the moment and we plan to do nothing but build. DLS room: Spektre(1605,Great Stuff,Respekt) Carl Dean(Igloo) Set 2(Collect!/DLS) Warehouse: Deep house and disco. Purveyors tba. Watch out for ticket releases very soon as most events have sold out. £6 advance.- More on the door. 11.30 – 07.00 Strictly over 18 only. There are reasons why we believe we have the friendliest most up for it crowd in the city, come and see what they are! Here’s what some extremely famous DJs have to say on the matter. Just for the record, I am aware that DJ Mag isn’t a DJ. “The homegrown producers tipped to give Berlin’s minimal crowd a run for their money” - DJ Mag "Spektre have been one of the most consistent and solid production outfits in recent memory and I, for one, have become a huge fan and supporter of their sound. Whether they are producing mad, peak time bombs, or setting dancefloors on fire with their awesome live sets, these guys are definitely ones to watch and a bright shining light for the shape and sound of techno to come!" - UMEK "Spektre's productions consist of solid techno that really remembers the rave. Music that is cool but also fun and highly danceable. This guys are just going to get bigger". - James Zabiela Join us at http://www.facebook.com/#!/event.php?eid=101158863301983
