lazarus Posted January 19, 2014 Share Posted January 19, 2014 I've heard that the chap who always wears shorts, who was always walking round the Castle Market and its area has been banned from the Moor Market, if its true its just not on, he doesn't cause any problems and counted all the people in the Castle Market his friends. he's the only eccentric that Sheffield has now.
