pinklady Posted March 27, 2011 Share Posted March 27, 2011 My sister is in dire need of a virgin media modem (on cable) - she needs to get some uni work researched - but is internet-less, virgin have told her its her modem - but can not come out until next week to fix the problem. Not quite true,I asked then for a setup disc and they sent a box with modem,all cables and clips but no setup disc.I phoned and told them they could come and collect the modem any time and I was told that they didn,t want it so throw it the bin or keep it.So I sold it.
