John Coghlan's Quo John Coghlan started working with his own band, John Coghlan's Quo, during the late 1990s. The band has since toured Europe and the UK successfully for several years with various line-ups, which include Paul Carr, Mike Grady, Jon Bowers and a variety of bass players - the band performs all the Status Quo hits and favourites from the Coghlan years: 1962 - 1982. Seventh Son Seventh Son were formed in Barnsley, South Yorkshire, England, in March 1980, played their first gig at the Speakeasy in Wakefield, West Yorkshire, July 1980, released their first single Man In The Street / Immortal Hours in November 1982. This was followed by Metal To The Moon / Sound And Fury in November 1984, Northern Boots / Harder You Rock in 1987, What More Do You Want? in March 1990 and Factory Girls / Last Band In Town in December 1991. The band recorded three sessions for Sheffield radio Hallam Rock Show in 1983, 1984 and 1985, had the track Stage Crazy included on a Yorkshire bands album Torn In Two in 1986 and more recently in October 1997 on Rare Metal NWOBHM Metal Rarities Volume three compilation album on the British Steel album with the tracks Metal To The Moon / Sound And Fury.
