Before the election he promised to try and get rid of the ban on torturing foxes for fun. Anyone who enjoys seeing animals suffer is a sadistic pervert and needs urgent medical treatment. Is that why some hunts have deliberately encouraged foxes to breed in order to give them something to hunt and torture to death? Fox hunting is nothing to do with controlling vermin, it is about getting a thrill from chasing an animal. Even before the ban, there were many farms which refused to allow hunters to exercise their "sport" on their land because of the cruelty involved. Indeed, and if their numbers are not controlled again in an efficient way, like hunting them with dogs, we will end up being in a similar situation that Australia was in with Dingo's.
