manofstrad
Or treat it as a private car park , someone sat there selling tickets at £5 per day for cars to park. There are usualy three cars bringing in a daily revenue of £15.00, How much would someone be prepared to sit there all day for?

Eater Sundae
Are there any signs which say it is a private lane and that parking is not allowed? If so, then I think I'd add a sign threatening to clamp any illegal parkers. Then, I'd go for the 'blocking them in'. You can then be unavailable for several hours when they want to get out - although there is always the risk that they might take it out on your wing mirrors if they are that way inclined. Or, if you are prepared to let them out, then at least they have to come and be released, wehich may embarrass them enough to not do it again. steelhead4
If its private property and someone has inadvertently left a bale of hay blocking their exit then oops , isnt it sad
steelhead4
on a serious not, if its private property, call the police and tell them that cars have parked on private property The police only have powers under the road traffic act , these vehicles are not on a highway , they are on private property and they have NO legal powers to do anything to the vehicles or their owners. They would refuse to attend such a call , and quite rightly so.
