LadOnDole
I won't name or shame the supermarket, but I had a shocking experience last night. Two of the supermarket staff were laughing, and I believe this was the result of a joke said from one staff member to another. I didn't hear the joke and I don't wish to, but I personally find jokes sinister. People say "well its only a joke", but it isn't a joke, for example a joke about gays indicates serious homophobia for example. Who should I report this incident to? LadOnDole
You might think its a joke, but not others. If the joke was against certain section of society and you were part of that section, would you find it funny? for example a joke about people with hairy moles on their faces? what if you had a hairy mole on your face? Jokes are a sign of something far more sinister. I believe that action should be taken - as happened with the sky TV presenters. We need to realise that the UK has moved on and in a tolerant society, jokes should be met with serious repercussions. Again, I am not naming and shaming the supermarket - as I don't want all the staff who work in that store to be given a bad name, or to feel ashamed

BarryRiley
I think the intention of the OP was to make a hilarious joke which has evidently massively failed
