MrJones Posted April 7, 2011 Share Posted April 7, 2011 know the topic isnt about this,but i think the way council etc go on about the litter is a little over the top.do they really hand out these fines that you see on signs some times?like £100. but speeders get a less fine,and druggies chuck their needles in kids parks? If they do actually hand fines out for littering they'd do well to follow the paper box collection lorry down Hillsborough, as they seem incapable of actually getting the paper into the back of the lorry without depositing three quarters of it up and down the street.
