Other than Reputation or Household name, what would make you think "that looks like a good deal, I'll buy that ?" Or What makes you go to a website in the first place ? Mainly that they have the thing I'm looking for, I don't generally just go to websites and browse what they have, I'm looking for a certain thing and the first place that comes-up in google usually gets my custom (if the price is right).
