Its not so much the eczema as it is the dermatitus. The dermititus is a much more aggravated pain.Theyve tried every cream available and I have been on short term antibiotice 4 a day for around a week. The stuff that works for mild eczema doesn't seem to work on my dermatitis. Basically I wake up Shower-I can't use proper shower gel I have to use a specialised skin wash.strong Steroid cream applied on legs, feet, toes, hands, and diprobase and Eumovate on face and neck.-everytime I apply steroid cream to an area I must wash my hands before I apply to another area to prevent my infection spreading.I can't wash my hands with soap.I have a special wash for that.I'm allergic to the stupidest things, orange peel and black dye. When I get it in my eyes the only thing that sooths it is a flannel over my eyes and lay down and not to move.
