A couple of years ago i had a nasty accident and shattered a bone in my foot I have been having physio and it's as good as it's going to get now. Before the accident i played football, basketball and went snowboarding. I have now been told i won't be able to play impact sports or do any running:( I have given my boots to boots for Africa at least they can do somebody some good. I am going to join the gym and do some swimming and exercise bike. Can anyone recommend any non impact sports I could try out?? Thanks Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

Others would be again cycling, rowing (indoor or out) and getting on one of those crosstrainers that simulate nordic skiing. You could start with walking maybe. Good luck with it!
