I did a search of the groups spelling it the way that you spelt it and nothing came up. (I had never heard of the ailment.) Spelling it myocarditis brought up 5 results in yahoo groups. teenyweeny Posted May 7, 2011 Share Posted May 7, 2011 I was just wondering if anyone on here has had or got myorcarditis and would like to share thoughts or talk about the illness. hi there thought i would reply to your post.my daughter has had similar problems that may be the same, they said she has a irregular heart beat brachycardia which has possibly been caused by a virus.her symptoms were shortness of breath chest pains and bouts of fainting.at first they told her that they thought it was a congenital disorder but she has had no problems when she was small and she was a normal baby with no outward signs of this.it seems to have appeared from nowhere when she was about 24 ish that was almost 4 yrs ago.she has given up smoking because it scared her very much.she was on medication for this.but the condition does seem to have improved.
