It wouldn't be a bad idea to pay insurances then claim if you need to, i think it would stop alot of freeloaders who dont pay taxes claiming. Think about it, if we didnt have the freeloaders costing the NHS BILLIONS each year then that cost would be past on through cheaper taxes. Right?
