Bounce
I would say the proof God doesn’t exist is the fact that humans have many religions with many Gods; One God would have given all humans the same information unless God doesn’t treat all humans equally. God did exactly that it's human beings that divided themselves into sects.
Grahame
No one is. But the "god" mentioned in the OT is the same "god" that was the "father" of the character in the follow up book. Therefore, the two books are inextricably linked. To try to separate the two is entirely dishonest. They may have the same father but James and Christopher are two different people who do different things and believe different things.
sccsux
Brilliant! Not so, Grahame will now try say the existence of historical figures in books proves that the bible contains historical records.
Karis
Bloody hell no wonder the Sheriff of Nottingham never caught him. Grahame, you have finally flipped now. Where did the other Robin Hoods live? if you meant that other people took from the rich and gave to the poor say so, they wouldn't have been called Robin Hood:roll: No, it was Robin in da Hood, don'tcha know? They were all black and had guns... PS. Happy Easter, Grahame
Plain Talker
They may have the same father but James and Christopher are two different people who do different things and believe different things. I'm sure he will. I still won't believe him though!

sccsux
They may have the same father What are you on about? The "god" in the OT has no father, jesus was his/her/it's son. Therefore, christians worship the son of god, not god (creator of the universe).

Kaimani
That would be a Messianic Jew. that would just be a jew who's christian. when they tick on the 'ethnicity' bit they will tick 'jew' and 'christian' under religion. not messianic jew because it's neither jewish nor christianity in religious terms. why can't a Jew be a Jew and a christian yet an Englishman can be an Englishman and a christian. the reason i asked which church you go to was that your post, increasingly, are developing this creepy repetitive, robotic, cult quality to them.
