jbertzeletos Posted April 17, 2011 Share Posted April 17, 2011 Hi there friends, Summer Solstices Yoga and Walk (open to any age as long as they are mobile), Saturday 18 June, 10am-5pm, location still under consideration, £10 waged, £8.50 concession, £25 family ticket for 3 or £30 family ticket for 4. The summer solstices are a magically time of the year where we have the most amount of daylight. Everything in nature reaches a climax causing energies to be high. This yoga and walk has been designed to harness this incredible energy that resides in all of us. Experiencing yoga outside is something not to be missed, you will also become aware that how you tread upon the earth (or walk) will be different following the yoga. We will share gorgeous food.
