Is the BBC obsessed with evolution ?

Recommended Posts

Personally I go for evolution and not ID, however, yet again we have posters rattling on trying to browbeat non-specialists by demanding a standard of evidence and argument for their positions that the browbeater probably can't match him/her self.

The browbeater doesn't need to be personally capable of turning up the evidence. All he has to do is point out that it exists.

As for intelligent design, that isn't even an explanation, so the question of whether it's a valid explanation does not arise.

How does he know that it exists if he has no understanding of it ???

His opponents are well versed in Evolutionary Theory?

Which evolutionary theory are you referring? Natural selection, genetic drift, something else?

Or is it simply the fact of evolution that you question.

They don't have to be experts to discuss it, no - but they have certainly shown a greater understanding than truthlogic has of his theories.

So we have the righteous indignation of the semi-literate in pursuit of the illiterate. :hihi:

I thought that I was meant to be the fascist bully !

I'm not questioning it at all. I am merely enquiring as to the expertise of those doing the browbeating.

He hasn't used a community! Each one of those links to a specific individual group of scientists.

Yes heading north , it's a community of scientists !!

And i made a point about possibly the same group conspiring to sex up global warming !

You know playing with data in order to further a political agenda !

TL.

A simple question for you.

Do you believe that naming something or someone means that that something or someone exists?

Hello jack , the evidence I put forward were several remarks about the illuminati aired on MBNC and other bloomberg channels ,

The thread gave links to these vids ( which I can give again if you missed them)

Now I will ask you the same question as I did too all the sf users who posted on the illuminati thread,

If I am wrong and they were not talking about the same illuminati which we so called conspiracy Theroyists rant on about , in which context were they reffering to the name ?

Why would they blame the financial crisis on the " american illuminati "?

Why would they mention them by name ?

... snip all the nonsense ...

Oops. Nothing left.

As you seem to be both a passionate believer in the idea that nothing is as it seems, and largely unable to string a sentence together, you are going to break my ignore list virginity for me.

A leaving thought - some things really can be taken at face value.
