HarleyLive Posted May 30, 2011 Author Share Posted May 30, 2011 Although his name is usually associated with the intense sound marathons of Broken Social Scene, little by little Jason Collet has been building up a more than interesting solo career with records like “Idols Of Exile”, “Here’s To Being Here” and the most recent “Rat A Tat Tat”. So, without completely giving up the heterodoxy of the mother band, in solo the Canadian moves closer to indie-folk, indulging in his good taste for singer songwriters like Bob Dylan and Nick Lowe, without forgetting the pop finish. For those of us not lucky enough to go to primavera, you can catch him at The Harley this Wednesday June 1st. Tickets are still available from both The Harley and The Wick.
