CXC3000
Are the people at home or have they gone on holiday? Even if they went on holiday, which idiots would leave their clothes on a washing line and then go? Unbelievable.
gnvqsos
Some people leave their washing on the line when they go away, to make burglars think there is someone at home. Spot on ;thats what we do.I also make sure there are some Large garments etc to deter thieves

chimay
My mum always brought her washing in as soon as it was dry. She said if it was left out too long it would come back in dirtier than before it had been washed. This is something that has stuck in my mind all these years. Last night I left a t shirt out on the line and then felt really guilty when I brought it in this morning. I was tempted to re-wash it just in case my mum was right.
