A musician has been released without charge by police after his performance of the song Kung Fu Fighting at a bar caused an alleged racism row. Simon Ledger, of the Isle of Wight said he was singing the 1970s hit at the Driftwood bar, Sandown, on Sunday when a man of Chinese origin took offence. Never Island Police managed to track down Mr Ledger to the Dragon Pearl Chinese restruant in Shanklin shortly after his evening of entertaining at the Driftwood Beach Bar in Sandown.
