Girly weekend where to go this year?

Can anyone suggest places to visit in the uk? And what that place has on offer entertainment wise

 

Me and my friend always plan our birthday and Xmas present at same time cos then we get to have fun minus kids lol

 

Last year I booked us an apartment in London as her Xmas present and tickets to theatre to see dirty dancing while there was her birthday present/thankyou for not giving up on me when everyone else did gift.

For my Christmas and birthday present we stayed in Leeds and went round Leeds for drinks and pubs then one of nights she took me to see a show was great

 

It was a great time so can't wait to do it again. Help on ideas appreciated thanks
